We require 24 hours notice to cancel all Appointments. If less than 24 hour notice is given, the Appointment will be treated as a Missed Appointment and the full fee of the booked Appointment will be charged to the Client.
We understand that emergencies occur, so there will be no charge for the first Missed Appointment. However, for all subsequent Missed Appointments, the full payment for the Appointment booked will be charged to the Client.
INSURANCE & RECEIPTS
We do not directly bill to your Benefits Provider at this time. We will issue a receipt for you to directly submit to your Provider. Registered Massage Therapy is covered by most Benefit Plans. Please check with your Provider to confirm if Registered Massage Therapy is covered prior to booking an Appointment. You may also want to check to see if a Doctor Referral is required for Massage Therapy Treatments under your plan, to ensure you are covered for the Treatment costs.
